Dr. Ted Urbancic to Deliver Award Winning Presentation at GSA Annual Meeting in Denver Next Week

ESG's Dr. Ted Urbancic, EVP of Global Energy Services has been invited to give his award winning presentation at the Geological Society of America (GSA) Annual Meeting in Denver next week.  His talk, titled "Asperity and Joint Failures: Overall Surface Ruptures, Identification of and Role in the Interpretation of Discrete Fracture Networks" was recognized as one of the Top 10 presentations at the 2013 American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) Annual Convention and Exhibition in Pittsburgh this past May.

A special session has been scheduled at the GSA Annual Meeting to showcase the top talks of the AAPG on Tuesday, October 29th.  The session, titled "Cutting Edge Applied Geoscience in Exploration: The Best of the AAPG" will run from 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Mile High Ballroom 1EF at the Colorado Convention Center.  Dr. Urbancic's talk is scheduled at 3:55 pm.
