ESG Kicks off 20th Anniversary Celebration at the Hydraulic Fracture Technology Conference

Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - 12:00am to 11:45pm

This week at the SPE Hydraulic Fracture Technology Conference, ESG is kicking off its year-long celebration of the company's 20th Anniversary.  Founded in 1993, ESG was involved in some of the first projects to monitor seismicity associated with hydraulic fracturing.  "We have been providing microseismic monitoring services for twice as long as some other suppliers" says Dr. Ted Urbancic, Executive Vice President for Global Energy Services at ESG.  "Our unmatched expertise in the industry comes from working closely over the years with our long-term clients.  We want to take this opportunity to share this achievement with those who have helped us get to where we are today."

ESG will be serving cake at its SPE HFTC booth #505 to celebrate this milestone on Tuesday, February 5th starting at 12:30pm.  All are welcome to join in the festivities.

ESG will also be presenting some of the latest in microseismic technology at the HFTC.  Sheri Bowman, Manager of Data Services at ESG will be delivering a talk titled "Utilizing Hybrid Surface/Downhole Seismic Networks to Monitor Hydraulic Fracture Stimulations" during the Microseismic and Fracturing Technology session on Monday, February 4th.  The presentation takes place at 3:30pm in Waterway 1-4.
