ESG Presents: A Microseismic Luncheon

Tuesday, October 5, 2010

ESG Solutions will hold a free luncheon focusing on the basics of microseismics for Denver area professionals on Tuesday, October 5th.  The event will be held at the Denver Athletic Club from 11:30am to 2pm and is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the application of microseismics in the oil and gas industry.

The luncheon will take the form of an open discussion with experienced ESG Solutions geophysicists and engineers and aims to answer some questions including:

  • How can you see where your frac actually goes?
  • How can geology influence a frac job?
  • What does magnitude actually mean?
  • What is Seismic Moment Tensor analysis?
  • Why should I use microseismics?

If you are interested in attending this event or have any questions, please RSVP or email Kaitlyn Mace (kaitlyn.mace@esg.ca).
